Otal Constructions was the head contractor dealing direct with a Highgrove Bathrooms Project Manager. We completed a 1300m2 internal strip out of the existing facility and external cladding. Otal Constructions supplied and installed 580m2 of external glazing, 580m2 of fibre cement cladding with expressed-joint and a 650m2 internal grid ceiling. We completed all framing displays, installation, set out and fitoff of all FF&E.
