Otal Constructions completed a lifestyle centre fitout for Th3 Point. This included the refurbishment of all existing free weight areas and the construction of a new yoga studio, boxing studio, restrooms and outdoor decking. As the head contractor, Otal project managed all parts, including flooring, carpentry, grid ceilings, fit off, FF&E installation and acoustic treatment.
